Oak Leaf (Eichenlaubmuster) was one of the most popular patterns of camouflage used by the SS, and one that appears in the widest variety of garments. There were two variations, Oak A which started in 1941 and Oak B which started in 1943 and both were used up until 1945. The patterns are very similar, but the highlight spots in Oak B have a thin dark border.
