SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our current shipping destinations and methods are as follows. For more information, quotes or expected delivery dates please contact us.
UK
All orders over £25 are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

UK Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(2-3 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) Orders over £25 include tracking and signature upon delivery. In rare cases it can take up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.

UK Special Delivery Guaranteed (Royal Mail):
(Next working day) Order before 3pm Monday-Thursday for delivery next day via Royal Mail before 1pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday and before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Mon before 1pm. (Excludes UK Bank Holidays and holiday closures).

UK Saturday Delivery (Royal Mail):
(Next working day) Order before 12pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday via Royal Mail. (Excludes UK Bank Holidays and holiday website closures). Saturday delivery option is not available to certain remote locations

All UK orders over £75 qualify for Free Postage unless the buyer wishes for the order to be sent via Special Delivery or Saturday from which an additional fee will be charged.
EUROPE
All orders over £22.50 are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

Europe Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(5-10 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) Orders over £22.50 include tracking and signature upon delivery. In rare cases delivery can take up to 35 working days to be delivered.
REST OF THE WORLD
All orders over £22.50 are tracked, and you will receive SMS and/or email notifications along with delivery updates to the contact details you provide.

Rest of the World Standard Shipping (Royal Mail):
(5-15 working days - excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) Orders over £22.50 include tracking and signature upon delivery. In rare cases delivery can take up to 35 working days to be delivered.

Our delivery times are based on working days Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are not guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
The times listed above does not include picking and processing lead time which can be up to 2-3 working days.
Please note: orders placed during busy seasonal periods may be subject to a longer processing and delivery time.

RETURN POLICY

When you buy goods from our website or by telephone, a distance sales contract is formed, under which you have a short time to change your mind and return the goods to us. Please read the following information carefully about your rights. If goods are faulty or misdescribed then you have additional rights - see below.

1. You have the legal right to cancel the contract for a limited time without giving any reason, but we would welcome your feedback as it helps us to improve.
​
2. Your right to cancel ends 14 calendar days from the the day following:
(a) The day your receive your order, or
(b) The day you receive the last of your order when it's delivered in instalments.
​
3. To cancel, you must inform us of your wishes either by post or in an email.
​
4. If you cancel this contract, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of delivery on your order. Note any additional cost of return delivery or enhanced delivery chosen by you will not be refunded e.g. next day delivery.
​
5. We do everything we can to make sure our goods reach you in perfect condition, however if there is anything wrong with your order please tell us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
​
If goods are faulty, misdescribed or have been damaged in transit then please contact us telling us what is wrong and remember to provide your name, address and order number. Where possible include a photograph of any damage caused to packaging in transit as this will help us to raise the matter with our courier.
​
6. Where goods are faulty or have been misdescribed then you have a short-term right to reject them for a full refund or ask us to send you a replacement as you prefer.
​
7. All refunds will be made using the same method as payment as used when ordering.
​
8. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
PRINTED APPAREL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Printed Apparel is shipped directly from our 3rd-Party Manufacturer, Printful.

Printful is an on-demand order fulfilment company who ships Worldwide. Printful ships orders out from the nearest facility to the delivery address provided by the consumer. Shipping times may vary depending on proximity to nearest Printful Facility. See below for estimated shipping times:

Orders returned to a Printful Facility due to unpaid custom duties and taxes can be arranged to re-ship at the expense of the customer.

PRINTED APPAREL RETURN POLICY

When you buy goods from our website or by telephone, a distance sales contract is formed between the customer, United Bricks Ltd. and Printful. Please read the following information carefully about your rights. If goods are faulty or misdescribed then you have additional rights - see below.

1. You have the legal right to cancel the contract for a limited time without giving any reason, but we would welcome your feedback as it helps us to improve.
​
2. Your right to cancel ends once your Printed Apparel has been shipped from a Printful Facility.
​
3. To cancel, you must inform United Bricks Ltd. via email BEFORE your order has shipped, cancelation cannot be guaranteed, depending on the time between receiving your cancelation request and informing our 3rd-Party Manufacturer, Printful.
​
4. If you cancel this contract, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of delivery on your order. Note any additional cost of return delivery or enhanced delivery chosen by you will not be refunded e.g. next day delivery.

5. You can return your Printed Apparel items within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the item meets at least one of the conditions listed below:
​
- The wrong product was sent i.e. incorrect design,
incorrect size.
- Item is correct but item is damaged/not manufactured correctly.
​
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
​
- Products that do not fit due to incorrect size being selected when ordering.
- Products that a customer has changed their mind about
and no longer want.
- Items that have been visibly or noticeably worn
​
6. To initiate a return, please email us at orders@unitedbricks.com
Emails must include the following information:
- Full name
- Order Number
- State if you wish to receive a replacement OR a refund
- Reason for requesting a return
- Photographic Evidence of reason for requesting to return
​
Returns are at the expense of the customer.
​
7. Once your return has been receive and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about send your replacement product OR the approval/rejection of your refund.
​
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 working days, this time is dependant on your original payment method and/or bank.
​
8. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We are not responsible for customers who ordered an incorrect size product. Size Charts for specific products can be found on their Product Pages.​​
​
9. All refunds will be made using the same method as payment as used when ordering.
​
10. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).​​
